The Jellyshoes obsession

i've been obsessing bout jelly shoes since junior high, when guess first made it popular,.. i still have my first one, though beaten and bruised all over,.. there is something bout jelly shoes that feels easy and un serious, it makes me feel like i'm wearing a pair of toy on my foot, which is super fun...

now, apparently jelly shoes are back n budget friendly,.. dont you just love it when love comes true on a budget,.. well i do.. i ordered this one for just 199 bath from a friend who are travelling to bankok..



And this one already available at local ITC (Cempaka mas, mangga dua, ambasador, etc) starting Rp. 45.000 (bargain)..

GiRL oN DieT

I'm on diet week 4 already, and this is the best tips i've come so far:

1. No Excuse:
if i only have a bite its ok-> this is an excuse
its only salad _> this is an excuse
but i havent indulge in like forever -> this is an excuse
Girl on diet are great with excuses, but if you are serious bout losing weight, then no excuses !!

2. Brush Thy Teeth everytime u feel the urge to EAT
i swear it works, just the thought of brushing my teeth for the 10th times today
help me lost my will to eat !!

3. Share your food !!
If no one is around, the fly is also great for cutting portion,.. not to mention appetite !!

4. Stay Active
Just distract yourself from food..

5. Don't Stock up Food at Home
if its not there for you to have and to munch,... it'll be easier. now all you have to do is stay home !!!

6. Have a Diet-spell
that you tell yourself everytime the hunger strikes. for me its
"i'm on a diet, of course i am hungry"
well, its not much, but it reminds me that i'm 'hungry on purpose' that for this time its a false alarm, that it was not to be
taken seriously.
